Our Services

With the turnkey solution, we are responsible for absolutely every phase of the project, from start to finish. Our fee will include all professional fees (i.e. Architect, Engineer, Energy Consultant, Surveyor, plan submission fees, electrical connections etc.) We have worked with various sub-contractors and professionals, and have managed to form a team with whom we have a great working relationship. We will arrange everything and simply hand you the key to your dream home.

The benefit of choosing the turnkey solution, is that you deal with one company. The process is less stressful and the project is approached as a whole, with our design and construction division working together from day one to ensure that our clients get only the best.

Our Process

  • We will arrange an initial ‘get to know’ meeting with you, where you will brief us in detail about what your requirements and preferences are. We will view the site with you and discuss the possibilities.
  • If a survey has not been done, we will arrange this with our surveyor.
  • Once we have this info, Chantel will proceed with a conceptual design. This design will be presented to you for your comments. The design can be revised and developed until you are completely satisfied with it. A 3D model will also be built while the design is being finalised, to ensure that you have a full understanding of the design.
  • As soon as you approve the concept design, we will submit this initial design to the architectural review committee (if the property is within an estate) for their approval.
  • Once we receive approval of the concept design, Chantel will proceed with the building plans.
  • The building plans will then be submitted to the estate (if applicable) for stamping & signing. Thereafter we will submit it to the local authority, and ensure that the plans are approved.
  • At this stage the engineer will do a structural design, which can also be used for costing purposes.
  • Once we obtain building plan approval, we will commence with the construction work immediately.
  • You will be involved with the kitchen design, selecting finishes and paint colours etc.
  • We can then assist you with the interior design as well, to ensure that the furnishings complement the house. We do a design and present you with a proposal & costing. We will arrange for the furniture to be delivered, and place it for you.
  • Chantel will then prepare and submit a set of deviation plans, showing any changes from the original approved drawings.
  • Once we have handed all certificates over to the building inspector, and he is satisfied with the building works, you will be issued with an occupation certificate.
  • Lastly, we have your beautiful home photographed by a professional photographer.
